Summer Intern - Purchasing

Are you detail-oriented, structured, and enjoy working with numbers?

We are looking for someone to work as a purchasing assistant this summer at one of Sweden's most well-known e-commerce companies in photography and technology! 📸📦

In the role of summer intern in our purchasing department, you will support our buyers with order management, delivery follow-up, and administration. It’s a perfect summer job for you who enjoys structure, Excel, and is curious about how purchasing works in practice.

Your tasks:

• Assist in placing and following up on orders

• Update items and inventory levels

• Verify deliveries and contact suppliers

• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and customer service

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying economics, logistics, or similar – or has recently graduated

• Is proficient in Excel and enjoys working meticulously

• Is responsible, solution-oriented, and structured

• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

When? Full-time for about two months (June–August). Exact dates will be determined in consultation.
